Where do I belong? exhibition
Where do I belong? is a contemporary exhibition which explores the beauty and vulnerability of our native birds, while sparking hope and action for a more sustainable world. This exhibition brings together local, Queensland and nationally based artists in a vibrant celebration of art, nature, and community. Everyone is invited to imagine a future where Australia’s birdlife thrives.
It will include new commissioned works and loaned artworks by established artists across Queensland and Australia. Exhibiting artists include Richard Lewer, Lucy Culliton, Del Kathryn Barton, Anna Louise Richardson, Michael Cook, Abdul-Rahman Abdullah, Ben Quilty, Leila Jeffreys, and Dead Puppet Society. New works will be commissioned by 15 local artists:
