What is there for the kids to do?
There will be hours of free fun for the kids with a Kamikaze ride, Super Sizzler ride, chair swing ride, inflatable horse racing, inflatable jump pad, face painting, whip cracking workshops, and so much more.

Is this event accessible for all?
Absolutely! It’s a priority for us to make sure people of all abilities are able to attend our events. That’s why we’ve organised:

  • Auslan interpreter for the Main Stage
  • Accessible entrances and even ground throughout the site
  • Ample disabled parking

How much are tickets?
Like last year, under 18 tickets are free. Adult ticket pricing is as follows:

  • Early bird (available until 1 august or until sold out): $15
  • General release: $20
  • On the day sales (from 12:00am): $25

What’s included in the ticket price?
Unlimited free rides, 6+ hours of live music, access to the 2-storey trailer bar, fire shows, and workshops, competitions, market stalls, parking, shuttle busses and MORE.

Can I get in without a ticket?
No. The event is fully fenced and every person (even under 18s) requires a ticket to enter. This is to ensure we can keep the whole site safe and to help create a great event experience.

Can I buy tickets at the gate?
Should this event not sell out prior, yes – tickets will be available at the gate. We suggest getting yours ahead of time to make some savings for you and the family.

What’s the parking situation?
Enjoy tonnes of parking and FREE shuttle buses to and from the designated parking spots. More information coming soon.

Do you accept cash at the event?
The bars are strictly EFTPOS only, with no cash accepted. Market stall holders and vendors may accept cash, but the preferred method of payment is card.

Are there ATMs onsite?
No, there will not be ATMs onsite.

How do I register for the competitions?
To enter the competitions, you’ll need to tick the relevant boxes when purchasing your tickets. Once you’ve registered your interest, the FLAME BBQ & Music Festival Event Team will be in contact.

Can we bring pets to the event?
As much as love our furry friends, they need to sit this one out. Pets are not permitted onsite.
