Destination 1: Extraction Artisan Roastery and Cafe - 2 Hours

Start your day immersed in the scents of fresh ground coffee at the award winning roastery and café Extraction Artisan Coffee

Serving up tantalising food and superbly-brewed cups of coffee since 2015, the cafe and roaster is housed in a warehouse featuring high ceilings, concrete flooring, bright street art commissions, and styled with an eclectic array of comfortable vintage and recycled furniture.

Learn about sensory training and cupping through a class that will give you a complete overview of how to select your preferred speciality coffee, followed by lunch served on the new Extraction Artisan Coffee Deck which overlooks Mungaree – the place of fish  – also known as Slacks Creek.

Destination 2: Sooo Sweet - The Baklava Temptation - Lebanese Patisserie - 30 Minutes

Sooo Sweet have secretly been serving up decadent Lebanese sweet treats, tucked away at the back of the former skate rink site turned Argonaut Shopping Centre on Kingston Road. 

Swoon at the scent of all the goodness lined up in their glistening trays as you are overwhelmed with choice from the varieties of Baklava as well as a selection of Namoura, Ma’amul and Ashta. 

Inspired by the land of milk and honey, enhance your attempts at a mediterranean diet with a tray of mixed Ashta or mini cakes to take away. Make sure to add a few chocolates, handmade onsite, into your final selection.
